Easing into my running schedule well
My bee sting has been really itchy especially considering it is right on my sock line. I haven't really noticed and benefit from the apitheraphy, then again it is only one sting! I had hoped to be miraculously relieved of all numbness, but I wasn't counting on it. It sure would have been nice and would make the itching all worthwhile.
The rains are coming back to the NW. I like running in the rain as long as it isn't too hard. I am not a fan of wet feet for sure. It really increases the likelihood of blisters as well as being cold and generally uncomfortable. Last year as I was beginning to feel the foot numbness (actually it has been going on for two years I think) I think the cold sort of heightened it. I am curious to see how things go this year.

I too will be dealing with the time change soon. Messes with my walking schedule. EE gads, I will have to walk at 4PM so I don't bump into something.
I guess we adapt.Resistance is futile.
indeed! At least with daylight savings time you get another hour in the evenings. I lose one for my morning runs. Oh well. I guess I could move back to AZ if I really wanted to avoid daylight savings time.
