Running has been my passion since college. I never competed until almost 20 years later. To me running to win was never the goal, running to run was more what I am into. When I was diagnosed with relapsing/remitting ms my first thoughts were how is that going to change my life. I am determined to answer that "not much".

Funny Brooks running campaign
I'm trying something even newer today (newer than running in the afternoon). I am blogging about my run before I even do it. How's that for unique, fun and exciting? My reason for doing this was I ran across an extremely funny ad campaign put on by the Brooks shoe company. They have several short running films starring these two running goofballs, this is the one that caught my attention:
The full site is (http://www.runningsuperfans.com. You can click on the projector to see some of the other films (err commercials) in the series. The one about meeting the fellow runners in teh desert who are actually illegal aliens is funny too.
I work as a freelance web developer that specializes in multimedia for eLearning. My main focus of multimedia development is Flash which I have been developing with since 97. I am a runner who enjoys the run for the sake of the run although I have competed in several races including a marathon and several 10Ks. I am an animal lover, my wife and I share our house and yard with two cats, a dog, three geese, three parakeets and a chicken. Even though we all get along we all respect each others boundaries. I also teach a class on communication on the web, both online and in the classroom.
I also proudly have ms.
